The Healing Power of Spiritual Light

With everything that's happening in the outer world, it's important to remember that healing is possible and - even more so - available to you right now. Sharing with you an article on it, that will help you to understand the concept of light and healing rays.The Buddha spent many years trying to understand evil and suffering. He eventually concluded that the only real power in the universe is the Creator and that all else is illusion and therefore has little or no power in comparison.He then went on to counsel people to adopt the middle way in order to avoid being sucked into illusion and bringing suffering upon themselves. He saw attachment to things of the world as the source of suffering, so he advised people to be a part of the world, yet not attached to it.Today, detachment is still excellent advice, but now we can do so much more to consciously transform the old ways of darkness.Physical darkness is the absence of physical light. The darkness itself is not real. It is merely an absence of something that is real. Likewise, spiritual darkness is the absence of spiritual light. Spiritual darkness itself is not real. It is merely an absence of something that is real.Evil is an illusion because a shadow is not a real thing. Light is the real thing. A shadow is an illusion caused by the absence of light. The only reality, the only real power, is light itself.Darkness can only exist in hiding from the light. When light shines in, it dissipates the darkness, making it obvious where the real power lies. Evil has no power in itself. It is only a lack of light. The real power is, and always has been, with the light and not with the shadow.If you sense darkness, add light.If you sense pain, add the light of healing energy.If you sense hatred, add the light of love.If you sense despair add the light of hope and trust in the goodness of that from which we came and that to which we are returningThe Nature Of Spiritual Light Spiritual light, in its fundamental form, is the omnipresent consciousness of the Creator. When intertwined with the unconditional love of the Creator and set into motion, it manifests as the universe.Filters can block spiritual light. Such filters include fear, hatred, judgment, conflict and despair. That which engenders any of these is, therefore, promoting darkness. Darkness in consciousness affects mind, body and spirit.When spiritual light is channeled through the human mind, it adds to the light of the world. Darkness can be healed through the addition of spiritual light.While spiritual light is universally available in all frequencies, it has to flow through human consciousness in order to affect the human realm of consciousness. The effectiveness of sending healing spiritual light into an area that needs it is subject to the following two laws.The Laws Of Spiritual LightThe transformative ability of spiritual light is proportional to the frequency of the consciousness used to project it.Explanation: Conditioning the intent with any agenda lowers the frequency. Projecting pure spiritual light for the unconditioned purpose of healing raises the frequency and the potential.The amount of spiritual light projected is proportional to the degree of openness of the chakra through which it flows.Explanation: Your thoughts flow from you to the outside world through the appropriate chakra. Spiritual practices develop the chakras, increasing your capability as a channel for spiritual light. Gibberish Meditation: Osho

It is one of the best meditations for those who are new to Meditation.“Gibberish is to get rid of the active mind, silence to get rid of the inactive mind and let-go is to enter into the transcendental." - Osho Remember, the first step of the meditation is Gibberish. Gibberish simply means throwing out your craziness, which is already there in the mind, piled up for centuries. As you throw it out you will find yourself becoming light, becoming more alive, just within two minutes. First Stage: GibberishWhile sitting, close your eyes and begin to say nonsense sounds – any sounds or words, so long as they make no sense. Just speak any language that you don't know!Allow yourself to express whatever needs to be expressed within you. Throw everything out. The mind thinks, always, in terms of words. Gibberish helps to break up this pattern of continual verbalization. Without suppressing your thoughts, you can throw them out. Let your body likewise be expressive. Second Stage: MovingMoving In After some minutes of Gibberish, then stop. Then, “Be silent, close your eyes...no movement of the body – feel frozen. Go inwards, deeper and deeper, just like an arrow. These are old Soul contracts, and in this reality, you can choose to experience your lessons in Love and joy and harmony. See these old Soul contracts, one at a time, and see yourself signing this contract and another person signing this contract, if they are part of this contract. And now, take a big red rubber stamp with the word “cancelled” and just cancel these old Soul contracts, one at a time. Now tear up these old Soul contracts and see yourself burning them in a big bonfire. And now state aloud: I declare these vows null and void in this incarnation and all my incarnations across space and time and parallel realities, and all dimensions. And now, create new Soul contracts of Love and joy and abundance consciousness.Now, just take the time to chat to these newly found Soul pieces of your Self and create a deeper bound of trust, Love and mutual support. What is important is also to change the way you perceive your reality, to ensure that these newly found Soul pieces do not fragment again. HOW SOUL INTERECT WITH THE BODY AND MIND

There exists an internal organ, the Antahkarana, and the connection of the soul with the internal organ causes the Atman to appear as the individual soul or as the soul its Samsara state.Therefore we have to acknowledge the existence of an internal organ (Antahkarana) through whose connection and disconnection perception and non-perception take place.The scriptures declares, “My mind was else where, I did not see, my mind was else where, I did not hear; for a man sees with his mind and hears with the mind” .The scripture further shows that desire, representation, doubt, faith, want of faith, memory, forgetfulness, shame, reflection, fear, all this is mind.The iternal organ (Antahkarana) which constitutes the limiting adjunct of the soul is called in different places by different names such as Manas (mind), Buddhi (intellect), Vijnana (knowledge), Chitta (thought), etc. When it is in a state of doubt it is called Manas; when it is in a state of determination it is called Buddhi. Now we must necessarily acknowledge the existence of such an internal organ, because otherwise there would result in either perpetual perception or perpetual non-perception. There would be perpetual perception whenever there is a conjunction of the soul, and senses and the objects of senses, the three together forming the instruments of perception. Or else, if on the conjunction of the three causes the effect did not follow, there would be perpetual non-perception. But neither of these two alternatives is actually observed. Or else we will have to accept the limitation of the power either of the soul or of the senses. But the limiting of power is not possible, as the Atman is change less. It can not be said that the power of the senses which is not obstructed either in the previous moment or in the subsequent moment is limited in the middle. The Golden Age ~ Magical Times Is Upon Us ★Now is the time to start working in overdrive on our spiritual progression. This window of opportunity is closing and it’s imperative for those who wish to make the transition to decide whether they want to be part of the new transformation of 5D Earth or remain in this three dimensional, fear-ladened reality. Each day, WE have the opportunity to synchronize our minds and bodies, through intention, prayer and meditation, to the cosmic source of abundant energy, which is helping to assist us in this transformation.Every Lightworker hopes and wishes that the entire planet will make this transformation, but negativity and fear cannot coexist with peace, LOVE and happiness on 5D Earth. Imagine if WE all graduated to 5D earth right now. If thoughts equal manifestations, then what would happen to the person who lives in fear? His or her thoughts would immediately manifest into that particular fear, essentially creating a living Hell.Fortunately, WE exist in a period of time where thoughts are becoming manifestations with relative ease as WE make this transition.That means the window of opportunity is still open for those who wish to be part of 5D Earth.That leads us to the question, “Why will people get left behind?”10 reasons why some people may get left behind1. Some people are not spiritually in vibration with the rest of the planet.The whole planet is in tune to a specific vibration and frequency. That’s how animals know when it’s time to migrate. Our Earth’s vibrations are changing daily as more as more energy from our cosmic source is moving toward us in waves of abundance.Look at spirituality as a team event. When individuals make their best efforts to contribute to a team sport, they win. This game is very simple. Know in your mind that WE’ve already won this battle and focus on making spirituality an everyday event through meditation, prayer, intention, unconditional LOVE, global (and universal) consciousness and by doing kind deeds for others. This is where it begins, my friends!2. Some people live in fear ★WE have two basic emotions: love and fear. If WE live our lives in fear, then WE’re incapable of truly loving ourselves and others. Those in power know this and use fear to their advantage. Conversely, WE can use LOVE to our advantage as well! Look at the peace rallies in the 1960’s during the “make LOVE, not war” era. Eventually, the troops in Vietnam laid down their guns, The war machine stops here.” Without soldiers, there’s no war. This type of LOVE based consciousness wins over fear every time!3. That’s why those in power are trying to keep us in fear because when WE fear, WE can’t LOVE and LOVE is the fundamental basis for this transition.Materialism has no place on 5-D Earth so if you think life is all about owning a Vera Wang dress or a pair of $250 basketball shoes, then you might remain behind as well. Then you can enjoy your material possessions on 3D Earth as you continue to work for the money that allows you to purchase these items. The choice is yours.5. Some people are greedy ★Just like being materialistic, if you’re greedy, your vibrations will not mesh with the Golden Age and you may get left behind. Our lives are individual, yet people don’t realize how much they contribute to global consciousness! By being greedy, you’re sending out a wave of negative energy that will only reflect itself upon your denial into the Golden Age. If this is what you choose, then you better get used to 3-D Earth because you won’t make the 5-D Earth boat.6. Some people are control freaks ★Spirituality is, indeed, an individual effort that contributes to global consciousness, which in turn reinforces the mandlebrot that creates our reality. If your desire is to control others through manipulation then you’ll continue to have a job reserved for you on 3-D Earth until you learn this lesson.On 5D Earth, there’s not gonna be one specific person who says, “this is how it’s gonna be”. Turiya - The state of Perfect Bliss (Fourth dimension)The law of memory is that the person who remembers and experiences must be one and the same individual, or else memory is impossible. So, as we can remember all our experiences in all the three states, waking,dreaming and sleeping. There must necessarily be a single common factor, which was a witness of all the happenings in all the three states. There must be some entity within us, who is present in the waking world, who moves and illumines the dream, who is a distant observer in the deep-sleep world, and yet who is not conditioned by any of these 3 realms. This entity, conceived as the fourth state 'Turiya', is the Real, the Changeless, and the Intelligent Principle.We must note that the mind of a dreamer and dreamt are one and the same because while dreaming we believe everything dreamt as true and at the same time when we get up we realize that everything was a mere dream and there was nothing real. Thus the waker realizes that there was nothing but his mind in both the situations. Thus it is concluded that mind only sees the dreams.When the mind is withdrawn from the worldly objects, it enters into the dream state wherein again it gets preoccupied with the world of plurality though such projection of plurality is by itself. When the mind itself is dropped we experience blissful state in which the ‘sleeper’ alone is the Lord. When the outside world and dream world are taken away from the mind what remains is only the consciousness and the man is said to have reached the dreamless deep sleep state. At this state the man is nearest to the Self and hence he is said to have been overpowered by light. This leads us to the question “Who that ‘sleeper’ is? He is the jivatman . At this state of deep sleep the sleeper experiences bliss which, however, is of a negative kind. Negative because it is merely constituted of absence of agitations and as soon as he awakes from sleep he goes back to the previous state of worldliness. This is called ignorance in Vedanta.Same is the case with the trance,trance is a temporary phenomenon,it gives us a glimpse of samadhi.When we are neither seeing the dream nor awake and consequently do not experience any agitations or disturbances of the mind either due to external world or due to internal projections, we experience negative bliss which is called the state of deep sleep. So consciousness does two things at the same time. It distinguishes between objects and transcends the objects by standing above them. Secondly, it distinguishes the states of consciousness (waking, dream and sleep) and stands above them as turiya – that is, the fourth state of consciousness.As a bird goes to a tree to roost, even so, O friend, all this rests in the Supreme Atman. Avdhoot GeetaNow the state of deep sleep, susupti, is described by way of a simile. The birds go back to their nests after daylong flying for taking rest and get back fully refreshed thereafter for the next day’s activities. Similarly in the deep sleep state we go back to our resting place and feel very happy and wake up quite refreshed. Sankara says that in our waking state we are bound by our ignorance, desires and actions (avidya, kama, and karma). First, there is ignorance, avidya, and because of our ignorance, we have desires, kama, Then our desires create our actions, karma, some may be good and some may be bad. All these actions produce results that we have to experience. Thus we get trapped in this cycle of cause and effect, karya and karana, while we are awake. But during deep sleep, all these drop off for the time being and both the body and the mind are at rest. All our upadhis, our ego and other limiting adjuncts, which make us feel that we are different from others, like I am intelligent and the other is dull, I am beautiful and the other is ugly and so on, are at rest. Our condition then, as Sankara puts it, is advayam, ekam, sivam, santam. There is no duality, advayam; there is only one i.e. consciousness alone is, ekam; that consciousness is peace, santam and auspicious, sivam. मैं यह नहींकह रहा हूं कि जो कृष्ण की जिंदगी में घटना घटनीहोगी कारागृह में, वह नहीं घटी है। मैं यह भी नहीं कहरहा हूं कि जो बंधन में पैदा हुए होंगे, वह नही हुए हैं। मैंइतना कह रहा हूं कि वे बंधन में हुए हो या न हुए हों, वेकारागृह में जन्मे हों या न जन्में हो, लेकिन कृष्ण जैसाव्यक्ति जब हमें उपलब्ध हो गया तो हमने कृष्ण केव्यक्तित्व के साथ वह सब समाहित कर दिया है जोकि प्रत्येक आत्मा के जन्म के साथ समाहित है।ध्यान रहे, महापुरुषों की कथाएं जन्म की हमेशा उलटीचलती हैं। साधारण आदमी के जीवन की कथा जन्म सेशुरू होती है और मृत्यु पर पूरी होती है। उसकी कथा मेंएक सिक्केंस होता है, जन्म से लेकर मृत्यु तक। महापुरुषोंकी कथाएं फिर से रिट्रास्पेक्टिवली लिखी जातीहैं। महापुरुष पहचान में आते हैं बाद में। और उनकी जन्म कीकथाएं फिर बाद में लिखी जाती हैं। कृष्ण जैसाआदमी जब हमें दिखाई पड़ता है तब तो पैदा होने के बहुतबाद दिखाई पड़ता है। वर्षों बीत गए होते हैं उसे पैदाहुए। जब वह हमें दिखाई पड़ता है तब वह कोई चालीस-पचास साल की यात्रा कर चुका होता है। फिर इसमहिमावान, इस अद्भुत व्यक्ति के आस-पास कथानिर्मित होती है। फिर हम चुनाव करते हैं इसकीजिंदगी का। फिर हम रीइंटरप्रीट करते हैं। फिर से हमइसके पिछले जीवन में से घटनाएं चुनते हैं, घटनाओं का अर्थदेते हैं।इसलिए मैं आपसे कहूं कि महापुरुषों की जिंदगी कभीभी ऐतिहासिक नहीं हो पाती है, सदा काव्यात्मकहो जाती है। पीछे लौट कर निर्मित होती है। पीछेलौट कर जब हम देखते हैं तो हर चीज प्रतीक हो जातीहै और दूसरे अर्थ ले लेती है, जो अर्थ घटते हुए क्षण में कभीभी न रहे होंगे। और फिर कृष्ण जैसे व्यक्तियों कीजिदंगी एक बार नहीं लिखी जाती, हर सदी बार-बार लिखती है। हजारों लोग लिखते हैं। जब हजारोंलोग लिखते हैं तो हजार व्याख्याएं होती चलीजाती हैं। फिर धीरे-धीरे कृष्ण की जिंदगी किसीव्यक्ति की जिंदगी नहीं रह जाती। कृष्ण एक संस्थाहो जाते हैं। एक इंस्टीटयूशन हो जाते हैं। फिर वे समस्तजन्मों का सारभूत हो जाते हैं। फिर मनुष्य मात्र केजन्म की कथा उनके जन्म की कथा हो जाती है।इसलिए व्यक्तिवाची अर्थों में मैं कोई मूल्य नहींमानता हूं। कृष्ण जैसे व्यक्ति व्यक्ति नहीं रह जाते। वेहमारे मानस के, हमारे चित्त के, हमारे कलेक्टिव माइंड केप्रतीक हो जाते हैं। और हमारे चित्त ने जितने भी जन्मदेखे है, वे सब उनमें समाहित हो जाते हैं।इसे ऐसा समझें। एक बहुत बड़े चित्रकार ने एक स्त्री काचित्र बनाया—एक बहुत सुंदर स्त्री का चित्र। लोगोंने उससे पूछा कि यह कौन स्त्री है, जिसके आधार पर इसचित्र को बनाया? We all are interconnected in this universe.

We all are interconnected in this universe. Our thoughts affects our surrounding,and the connection becomes obvious and patent when we realise that thoughts and modes of living are vibrations that we set up around us. It is not some isolated activity taking place within our heads. When we think, we do not privately think inside our skulls; it is a vibration that we create in us. And the vibration of a person is not confined merely to the physical body; it emanates like an aura to a certain distance from the body of the person. The distance to which the aura goes depends upon the intensity of the aura, or the intensity of the thoughts, or the force of the vibration. This is the principle behind the advice that we must have the company of good people and not of bad people, etc., because vibrations interact. We can be influenced by the atmosphere around us. There is a vibration that is generated within every person whenever a thought occurs. Whenever we think something, whenever we feel something deeply, even when we speak something, there is a vibration generated because we do not speak without thinking. There is a thought behind every action or speech. Naturally, if we take into consideration the cumulative effect of the vibrations produced by all the individuals in the world, we can also contemplate the effect of the vibrations they produce. They disturb the whole atmosphere; they create a magnetic field in the atmospheric realm. And the total effect of the psychic influences set up by the individuals in the world naturally influences the conditions of the manifestation of natural forces. We can obstruct their movement; we can impede their activity; we can interfere with their natural way of working, and so on. We all are interconnected in this universe.
